    The Michelin Group started its industrial activity in Romania in August 2001, investing more than 400 million euros over the years in plant modernization. Currently, Michelin Romania has over 4000 employees, three factories, two in Zalău and one in Floreşti, a commercial network and a Center of Excellence and Shared Services( Bucharest), which provides support services to various entities Michelin in Europe. Also, the commercial activities of the Group for Central and Eastern Europe are coordinated from Bucharest (12 countries).

    Cunostinte obligatorii de MS Office: nivel avansat in utilizarea Power Point si Word;
    Cunostinte de utilizare a soft-urilor specifice eLearning (Articulate, iSpring) reprezinta un avantaj;
    Nivel avansat in limba engleza.

    Responsabilitati

    In legatura cu impementarea planului de formare:

    - intelege nevoia de formare, colecteaza cererile de formare externe, le consolideaza si raporteaza;
    - defineste resursele necesare pentru intampinarea cererilor de formare externa si planifica calendarul de formare;
    - participa la optimizarea ofertei de formare (prin gestionarea catalogului de formari externe);
    - ofera suport pentru accesul la formarea externa (prin facilitarea comunicarii intre participanti si formatori externi si organizeaza sesiunile conform palnificarii calendarului de formare);
    - se asigura ca procedura de achizitii este respectata pentru fiecare formare externa solicitata;
    - participa la cere la organizarea unor activitati specifice de formare (cursuri in sala, ateliere, activitati de team building,...).


    In legatura cu construirea continutului digital:

    - contribuie in calitate de consultant tehnic la toate proiectele de construire de continut digital (cauta alternative tehnice, defineste structura, evalueaza riscuri tehnice si propune solutii, imparte pe etape orice cerere si se asigura ca pasii sunt realizati la timp, estimeaza volumul si timpul necesar pentru desfasurarea sarcinilor);
    - realizeaza selectia instrumentelor de lucru pentru elaborarea modulelor digitale, grafica, modificarile de cod necesare, prelucrarea video/ voce, webdesign si alte aspecte tehnice;
    - construieste continut digital pentru formare prin captarea cunostintelor din intern de la specialisti si transpunerea acestora in digital (cum ar fi e-learning-uri, tutoriale, continut video,...) pentru toate domeniile de activitate;


    Aplicabil in perimetrul alocat Romania si, ocazional Europa centrala.
