    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in working in (insurance) operations area
    • SQL basic knowledge;
    • Ability to focus on problem-solving
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Very Good knowledge of English, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Microsoft Word
    • University diploma.


    • Leading the testing phase for projects and deliver necessary documentation and support to colleagues, being part of the implementation team;
    • Optimizing processes and flows related to portfolio administration;
    • Performing changes in the system to modify insurance policies as requested by customers and send answers to their requests;
    • Administering individual insurance contracts in dedicated administration systems;
    • Performing control and audit activities related to department activity;
    • Being responsible for resolving complex or escalated issues, explains processes, resolves issues;
    • Offering support for business stakeholders and partners.
