IT Consultant for Archiving and Backup - IT TSR

<li>Follow established procedures in order to provide the Corporate IT Archiving service, as well as to manage Incidents, Change and Service Improvements internally at Continental.

<li>Implementation and support of various Archive, Storage and Backup technologies in compliance with global corporate standards.

<li>Work in collaboration with the Global Corporate IT Infrastructure Team to provide quality solution, support and maintain the Corporate IT Archiving services.

<li>Innovate and implement new technological strategies and plans in compliance with the Global IT standards and various business demands.

<li>Create and maintain documentation on all managed environment and its processes.

<li>Perform technical analysis and troubleshooting for various Archiving, Storage and Backup appliances/machines.

<li>Continuously optimize implemented infrastructure.

<li>Enforce, support and improve relevant security concepts and guidelines and ensure compliance with corporate standards

<li>Support external IT service providers as needed.

<li>Conduct training for key users, end-users and trainer when necessary

<li>Ensure that appropriate changes are assessed for their impact on service levels.

<li>Provide 3rd level support thru Continental's Incident Management following the Archiving Corporate Infrastructure service of Continental Internal Operational Level Agreement (OLA).

<li>Process Automation skills are an advantage

<li>ITIL Knowledge (Incident, Change and Problem Management).
