    Your Skills and Knowledge:

    • Good Project Management skills;
    • Flexibility/ Adaptability to change;
    • Dealing with ambiguity and Leadership competencies;
    • 5+ years’ experience in selling enterprise solutions to major account;
    • Experience working with software partners;
    • Knowledge of the Computer Aided Design industry;
    • Competent in the ability to forecast and assess revenue opportunities;
    • Successful sales track record, motivation, drive and self-starting attitude;
    • Professional and a planner in both thinking and directed activities;
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take initiative and manage time effectively;
    • Fluent in English.

    Responsibilities

    Your Day-To-Day:

    • Achieve assigned revenue target by converting PTC support customers to subscription;
    • Be the leader of subscription conversions for the PTC Central European Region;
    • Provide leadership to a cross-functional conversions team (sales, operations, marketing);
    • Significantly extend the existing relationships with support customers who are potential subscription conversion opportunities;
    • Drive and manage the entire sales cycle – from identifying the right opportunities and building a value proposition to negotiating through close;
    • Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential conversion customers;
    • The Regional expert for positioning conversions in front of indirect customers;
    • Help Partners understand the value and benefit of selling subscription conversions;
    • Provide suggestions to ensure continued improvement of the conversion’s sales process;
    • Work with marketing and sales to identify outbound campaigns that increase subscription conversion program awareness and opportunities.

    Your Team:

    • As a Subscription Conversion Sales Specialist, you will be the subscription conversion program owner for the Central Europe Regional (CER) and be part of the Conversion for subscription Sales team.


    Your Impact:

    • You will work closely with the CER selling team to ensure the smooth and timely transition of current PTC support customers to subscription.
