    • Very good knowledge of English and French;
    • Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables);
    • Experience in offering technical support;
    • Positive attitude and a cooperative person;
    • Very good communication skills, both written and verbal;
    • Work experience in support functions;
    • Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage.


    • Provides L2 Technical Support to internal clients;
    • Opens, monitors and closes tickets for each request received;
    • Provides feedback to clients on the opening and closure of the request, and if necessary, the processing time;
    • Participates in the production of monitoring committees;
    • Maintains up-to-date documentation, mailing lists and application contacts;
    • Transfers cases to L3 if unable to solve incoming issues;
    • Offers support to team leaders/ team coordinators in implementing action plans for improving the service.
