•University / Master’s degree
•Experience on analytic responsibilities is a plus
•Excellent Excel skills (Macro included)
•Fluency in English, both written and spoken
•Highly interested in numbers, figures, reports & strong analytical skills & sense for details
•Willingness to learn, curiosity to move things forward
•Ability to build relations with key functions/teams (especially field team population)
-Evidence of Distributor Contracts;
-Data analyze sell- in for distributors;
-Issuing discounts for distributors:;
- Monthly: request to the Master date issuing the discounts ;
-Quarterly: Prepare centralization of efficiency discount;
- Drop-size report processing => grading;
-Analyze Top12 results => award decision: YES / NO & percentage;
-Data collection for ASM: Danone Select (DNN & Alpro), Tradi & AFH promo differences (issued DNN vs. market);
-Other projects (Results for Personalized Distribution Plans), bonus for co distribution, other bonuses, etc;
-Verification of accuracy data received from ASM (various "key control");
-Total CAF data processing, CAF Top12;
-Centralization of amounts / discounts value for each distributor => transformation in% discount;
No of POS report:
- until the end of the month reminder to ASM that they must send until the 05th of the month info regarding No of POS;
-Report centralization - up to the 6th of the month;
-Distributor database management;
- Ensures of receiving of the sales report from Asm responsible for each distributor (in the agreed format together with IT);
- Frequency: at least once a month for the previous month (final report);
- Check the report to be in the same format as the other precedents;
- Posts the report received (corrected) on the OneDrive server;
- Notifies IT after posting the reports;
- Maintenance of the database for each distributor regarding stores, agent allocation, city, urban / rural.
-Various reports dedicated to Proximity channel analysis on-demand or agreed ;
-Danone commissions calculation;
-Danone sales force commissions;
-Discounts centralization and issuance ;
-In store dominance;
-Free goods / budget management registration;
-Implementation of "on invoice" promotions;
-Managing credit notes and promo, pricing, listing forms for Proximity channel;
-Free goods management for Proxy channel;
-Estimate promotional costs for the finance department;
-Evidence of Danone Select contracts ;
-Respect both Danone and Legal legislations on: Environment, Health and Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene;
-Ensure the responsible use of Danone properties;
-Act as a positive example on H&S, Working Conditions and Well-being.
