    Requirements

    Your profile:
    •University / Master’s degree
    •Experience on analytic responsibilities is a plus
    •Excellent Excel skills (Macro included)
    •Fluency in English, both written and spoken
    •Highly interested in numbers, figures, reports & strong analytical skills & sense for details
    •Willingness to learn, curiosity to move things forward
    •Ability to build relations with key functions/teams (especially field team population)

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:
    The BI & CATMAN Trainee will work 50% on Business Intelligence and 50% on Category Management.

    Business Intelligence:
    •periodic reports delivery on current BI tools to respective teams inside sales organization
    •support to BI topics during the BI transformation period in 2020

    Category Management:
    INNO-RENO
    •Distributor sampling (risk management, planning, implementing)
    •Samping at cantine and samples to external partners
    •Tracking and collecting all listings and Logistics files for innovation (with Marketing)
    CATMAN
    •Data sharing - mapping
    •Sell out report in comparison with Nielsen data – create dashboard & update it monthly
    •Ad Hoc planograms mapping in Excel for selected customers
    OTHERS
    •Regional Market Share data monthly sharing
    •Have Fun together with the team
