Mandatory Skills:

- 4+ years of Java development experience
- Java 8
- Spring Boot
- Docker
- REST
- Maven

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- experience with DC/OS(preferred) or Kubernetes or another variant of a distributed system orchestration platform
- Hadoop technologies(HBase, HDFS, Phoenix)
- Kafka
- MongoDB
- Java EE (JPA, JMS, EJB, REST)
- Hands-on experience in profiling memory usage/investigating memory leaks for the JVM ( heap and native memory)
- Splunk(preferred) / ELK query language ( for troubleshooting application issues)
- Java 9 or greater
- English: Upper-intermediate

- write clean, reusable code
- review code
- create the technical design for new functionalities/ extension of existing functionalities
- investigate field issues, provide fix/containment
- evaluate new technologies/create POCs
