Senior Software Engineer (.NET/C#)

Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.

- Experience with Microsoft full-stack development in mainstream technologies: .NET/C#, SQL, Web API. Solid experience with Angular (Typescript.)
- Capable to quickly adapt and perform in those scenarios where third-party products and services need to be integrated with our own products
- In-depth hands-on experience with micro-services using RESTful API (Open API a definitive asset)
- In-depth hands-on experience with token-based authentication and authorization (OAuth an asset)
- Excellent understanding of NoSQL ecosystem and some of its main players (Redis definitive assets)
- Strong exposure to application and data architectures principles and best practices. In-depth hands-on experience with SOLID design principles
- Excellent communication skills combined with strong desire to contribute and succeed as part of a team with high professional standards
- Ability to coordinate a team of less senior developers as a highly efficient, result-oriented technical leader
- Coaching and mentoring of less experienced developers are a must
- Decent to a good understanding of the business processes and actors, that would allow them to communicate with other roles (BSA, Product Owner etc.) in a swift and efficient manner

- Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements
- Designs and develops high-quality code
- Tests, debugs, analyzes and fixes application problems/issues
- Works closely with stakeholders to fix issues in a timely fashion
- Support and promote the implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Interacts with internal stakeholders to support product releases and/or resolve program problems
