    Cerinte

    - Master’s degree
    - Experience in FSI audit and Banking consulting – minimum 7 years combined
    - Experience in banking is an advantage
    - ACCA certified, banking qualification
    - English is a must
    - Business development skills and experience
    - Can do mentality

    Responsabilitati

    - Creating and managing a team that will be competent in delivering all type of projects
    to the banking industry such as but not limited to:
    - Portfolio Management / Risk Control
    - ICAAP Methodology & Coordination
    - Stress testing/Forecasting & Budgeting
    - Basel III - capital adequacy
    - RAS/IFRS Provisions
    - Credit Risk Reporting
    - Implementation of MiFID II in banking
    - Performing the maturity assessment in the areas of strategy, operations, processes,
    HR and IT function of back-office structures
    - Due diligence projects in the banking industry (financial, regulatory and commercial)
    - Building and developing highly effective client partnerships
