Requirements:
- University degree in marketing, communication or technology field. Passionate about digital;
- At least 5 years of online marketing experience, ideally within an IT company;
- Excellence in Digital Marketing (Inbound/Content): PPC, Social Media, SEO, User Community, website development and maintenance;
- Fluency in English is a must, any other language is beneficial;
- Copywriting skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively;
- Extremely detail-oriented;
- Creativeness and conscientiousness;
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to generate brand awareness, product sales, ROI, and generate appropriate traffic;
- Plan and execute SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;
- Generate digital content to support sales and brand awareness strategy;
- Coordinate with product management, sales, and marketing teams to actively promote new and existing products and services;
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence;
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns;
- Analyze customer behavior for site traffic, page performance, click navigation, purchase conversion, and shopping pattern;
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience;
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels;
- Supervise the development of websites, landing pages, or other online resources, Evaluate and update corporate web content;
- Grow online user community;
- Implement marketing automation strategy.
