    Requirements

    Previous Experience: 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role within the retail either in beauty, fashion, home, sports or luxury sectors.
    Expertise in core digital channels, including PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Social Media and Display
    Linguistic Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    Required Skills: Experience with digital analytics tools, preferably Google Analytics
    Enthusiasm, positive approach, energy and passion for digital marketing.
    Highly organized and analytical, with an ability to work to deadlines

    Responsibilities

    Key responsibilities include:
    · Plan and deliver overall trading strategy for the ecommerce site, including the product and pricing strategy, whilst focusing on optimizing the sales.
    · Improve commercial performance using data sources including web analytics data on traffic, conversion and AOV.
    · Manage ecommerce dashboards and reporting metrics. (Shopware)
    · Manage and develop own internal and external stakeholder relationships, working with 3rd party agencies. – Very important
    · Responsible for understanding and then communicating web trading insights, online comparison and reporting.
    · Present digital channel insights in weekly meetings
    · Create, consolidate and share digital Post Campaign Analyses with marketing department
    Marketing:
    · The role is responsible for analyzing site metrics to develop or recommend marketing programs to increase sales.
    · The role should identify and add products to promote and increase revenue and make necessary price adjustments and recommend mark down and sales campaigns to the Buying and Merchandising team based on trends, market and competitor performance.
    · The role will work with closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that improve search engine rankings, increase traffic to the site, drive conversion and strengthen customer loyalty.
    Operations:
    · Manage major calendar of E-Commerce business campaign planning, follow up planning; execution, evaluate and analyze the activity results and improvements thereof.
    · Be responsible E-Commerce platforms overall performance including planning, product development and promotion, data analysis and improvement for search rate conversion rate and sales volume.
    · Maintain the relationship with partners.
    Site Maintenance:
    · The Online Marketing Coordinator and his team are responsible for checking site content and systems regularly to ensure that they are working properly as well as updating prices and product information, adding new products or removing products that are no longer available.
    · The role is responsible monitoring site metrics, such as time for Web pages to load, total numbers of site visitors, and visitors by product or page. They analyze the information and recommend changes to improve performance.
