The intern will support users in troubleshooting of Business Intelligence applications.
Education: Faculty Mathematics, Informatics, Automatics Computers and Electronics, Statistics, or similar.
Competences:
Strong English knowledge, Italian knowledge is a plus
Good communication skills and customer orientation, good problem solving skills
Ability to prioritize and executes tasks in a high-pressure, fast paced and changing environment.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Availability to travel abroad and participating at international task/activities
Knowledge:
Good SQL knowledge, good understanding of relational database concepts in Oracle, MS-SQL Server
Knowledge and experience with Smartview, Data forms and Web Form
Experience in Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse design solutions, physical design, modeling and data integration methodologies
Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase and reporting tools preferred
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
Strong English skills, Italian language - desirable

In charge of ensuring deliverables on different technologies needed for BI business requirements
Provides support and assistance to internal customers on daily basis operations
Capable to debug applications, fix problems and add new corrective functionalities to the systems, according to the business requirements.
Understands priority in order to ensure the requested Service level to the Business.
