    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

    — Bachelor’s degree required in accounting (preferred), finance or economics;
    — Minimum of three years of experience in accounting and financial reporting;
    — Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required;
    — Statutory accounting and reporting experience very helpful;
    — Must be detailed orientated with strong interpersonal skills;
    — Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    — Very Good command of English (written and verbal);
    — Overtime is required during peak periods throughout the year (month/year-end).

    Responsibilities

    — Prepare and deliver as per group reporting calendar & guidelines the monthly/quarterly/yearly set of reports;
    — Assist Finance Manager in Budget preparation/variance analysis/management reports/Intercompany tariffs computation (including regular true-ups);
    — Prepare and deliver reports required by National Bank of Romania, National Institute of Statistics (including INTRASTAT);

    — Work closely with the financial accounting team, ensuring the group reports are reflecting accurately local GL, any differences being properly explained and monitored; is responsible also for the correct allocation of costs/expenses to relevant P&L item in line with group/local guidelines;
    — Ensure compliance with the group and local accounting standards;
    — Support the local finance team for delivering in due time the day-to-day activities;
    — Collaborate with Group/HO finance teams to meet the Group reporting deadlines and requirements;
    — Collaborate with the local Finance team in providing data/info requested by Statutory Auditors or any relevant tax/control body;
    — Report to Finance Manager.
