    AIESEC este o organizatie studenteasca existenta la nivel global, structurata ca o platforma de oportunitati pentru tineri, care isi desfasoara activitatea in 126 de tari si teritorii, si in peste 1000 de centre universitare. Organizatia este condusa in intregime de studenti si are ca obiectiv principal dezvoltarea de lideri care sa aducă un impact pozitiv in societate. In acest scop, membrii ei lucreaza pe arii precum Resurse Umane, Finante, Marketing sau Vanzari, au sansa de a coordona echipe, de a crea proiecte si de a face stagii de voluntariat sau internship-uri profesionale în oricare din tarile in care AIESEC este prezent. Organizatia exista in Romania din anul 1990, infiintandu-se in Bucuresti iar mai apoi deschizand alte 15 comitete locale in alte 13 orase din Romania, si anume in Arad, Brasov, Constanta, Cluj, Craiova, Galati, Iasi, Oradea, Pitesti, Sibiu, Suceava, Targu-Mures, Timisoara.

    Responsibilities

    Role description
    At Welcome we are redefining the way people travel by offering them the most personalized and complete experience. Our ambition is to create a truly global travel product altering once and for all the travel experience. The role is essential to Welcome’s path to become an international brand, as it is responsible for building and developing close professional business relations with partners from the short-term rental industry in our destinations and provide them the highest possible service.

    Main activities
    Resolves day-to-day account management issues such as invoicing, customer service support, ad hoc

    Prepares marketing/sales material,briefs, data that visualize the benefits for our partners.

    Helps develop sales strategies and messaging to increase new partnerships opportunities

    Sets up cost-effective channels that can bring thousands of new leads and hundreds of new hosts

    Translates needs into solid product requirements

    Monitors and analyzes partner's usage of our product

    Startup: Welcome Pickups

    This opportunity is organized by AIESEC and you will receive support from AIESEC in Romania branch as well as AIESEC in Greece.

    No salary

    Free accommodation

    AIESEC will provide you support such as: application support, arrival pickup, accommodation support, leadership development seminar and cultural integration activities.

    Opportunity fee: a fee of 175 euro will be paid but ONLY after being accepted by the company

    Duration: March - May September 2020
