    Cerinte

    • University degree in related field (Computer Science considered an advantage)
    • Good experience with Microsoft Server Operating systems (MCSA)
    • Easy understanding of MS Active Directory structure and operational tasks
    • Good knowledge of MS Exchange Server Infrastructure
    • Ability to understand and develop scripting (Power Shell, batch)
    • IT & Telecommunication general knowledge
    • Team worker and proactive attitude
    • Problem-solving skills, capability to manage small projects
    • Can take ownership of the given tasks and pursue them to completion
    • English

    Responsabilitati

    • Provide second level support for incoming requests and incident reports
    • Install hardware and software according with the procedures
    • Maintains and updates existing systems
    • Assist in maintaining the computing equipment inventory
    • Maintains relationships with third parties
    • Follows up the service and support contracts, assuring continuity
    • Completes and follows up all the documentation involved in daily activities
