    Bosch Automotive Blaj is a production unit that started its activity in 2007, under Bosch Rexroth division, for Industrial Technology sector. The plant grew fast, in terms of both buildings and products, and starting with 2012 it began to produce for Automotive Industry, specifically for Chassis Control System and Powertrain Solutions.

    Job Description

    Your contribution to something big:

    • The duties and attributions of the job include secretarial work as well as collaboration in the specified field;
    • Organize and supervise the agenda, the correspondence, manage documents that require the manager's signature;
    • Processing/ writing correspondence including in a foreign language of international circulation (usually English);
    • Preparing and organizing events and also travel paperwork (meetings, conferences, organization of travel details, reservation of airplane tickets, car, hotel);
    • Organization of office files, management and ordering of office materials, development and optimization of archiving systems, and classification of documents;
    • Carrying out the documentation and administrative activities (approvals of invoices, supply requests, reimbursements etc.);
    • Processing of different documents, drafting of minutes for meetings, business meetings;
    • Managing the meeting rooms calendar;
