Your Skills and Knowledge:
o Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Statistics/Marketing/Finance and minimum 5 years experience in business analysis and project management;
o Previous experience in directly supporting and interacting with Senior Management;
o Excellent analytical and investigative abilities are required;
o Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks and initiatives;
o Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and writing skills;
o Considerable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
o Demonstrated strengths in accuracy and attention to detail;
o Must be proficient in understanding financial and sales reports and be able to independently analyze, reconcile data sets and recommend solutions;
o Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint);
o Prior experience with Salesforce.com helpful;
o Fluent English is mandatory.
o Support Sales Operations Management by managing a portfolio of assigned projects;
o Support Sales Operations Management by creating globally scalable reports and dashboards that provide meaningful and actionable business insights;
o Triggers consistency across input from different team members supporting cross-regional Sales Management;
o Maintain a strong and collaborative relationship within the Sales Operations Team and with cross-functional teams;
o Reveal operational and performance insights that enable effective strategic and tactical decision making;
o Serve as a strong advocate of the new/enhanced processes or solutions and monitors their implementation;
o Increase the effectiveness, accuracy, and speed of all analytics requirements;
o Compile information from various sources and functions into comprehensive documents that lead to solutions recommendation;
o Produce regular and ad hoc business analytics and reports for Sales Operations Management / Sales Management;
o Analyze reports and performance data to provide trend analysis and predictive analytics while explaining and handling variances and anomalies within the data;
o Work to continually improve the quality of management information material;
o Develop and present insights and recommendations to Sales Operations management.;
o Become well versed and knowledgeable with all sales related tools and processes.
o Sales Operations seeks an experienced Project Manager to work as part of an international team providing operational support to the Sales Management organization.
o You will manage a portfolio of assigned projects, work cross-functionally, across multiple systems and across a diverse geographic region. The ideal person must have considerable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, must feel comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and demonstrate a high degree of project ownership and accountability.
