English language - B2;
MS Office (Excel – medium or advanced level), Word, Power Point;
Experience in the field - minimum 3 years;
Conduct on-boarding and off boarding programs or internships in the company;
Internal or external reporting: statistics, analysis, month closing when needed;
Ensures legal support on work relations for employees in point of administrative relation;
Manage the occupational medicine administrative support for employees;
Involved in the recruitment processes organized by the HR department – phone interviews,
schedule interviews, hiring offers, exit interviews;
Draws up documents required and necessary for the employees in their day-to-day needs;
Month closures: manage True HR, provide accurate data to payroll for closing, reconciliation on
salaries, performance assessment, motivation and retention policy appliance;
Represent the company at Labor Inspectorate or other state authorities;
Administrative management of personnel, ensuring the legal work relations appliance in the company;
