    • Experienta in administrare de personal si calcul salarial - minim 3 ani
    • Atestat de Inspector Resurse Umane – reprezinta avantaj
    • Cunoasterea legislatiei muncii si a prevederilor conexe privind relatiile de munca;
    • Operare program salarizare (avantaj SAGA);
    • Operare Revisal;
    • Limba engleza: nivel avansat;
    • Bune cunostinte a pachetului Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
    • Abilitati excelente de organizare, amabilitate, atitudine proactiva si spirit de echipa;

    Responsabilitati

    • Intocmirea si inregistrarea/incetarea contractelor de munca in Revisal si cu efectuarea modificarilor lunare privind statutul angajatilor
    • Colectarea si centralizarea informatilor justificative privind calculul salarial (pontaje, concedii medicale, de odihna, modificari de salarii, prime, bonusuri etc.)
    • Mentinerea relatiei cu furnizorul de servicii de SSM si PSI
    • Gestionarea si actualizarea fiselor de post ale angajatilor (elaborare, revizuire);
    • Intocmirea adeverințelor de salariat / vechime / medic de familie / somaj / stagiu cotizare;
    • Administrarea si arhivarea dosarelor de personal;
    • Intocmirea si gestionarea tuturor documentelor necesare administrarii personalului conform legislatiei si a procedurilor interne (contracte, dosare de personal, acte aditionale, decizii, etc)
    • Elaborarea altor situatii si documente de resurse umane, in functie de cerintele interne;
