    Knowledge, Skills & Experience

    Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience working with online marketplaces;
    Marketing professional with experience within an online environment;
    Commercial acumen approach to all activities;
    Strong negotiation skills;
    Experience in team management;
    Digital marketing knowledge;
    Effective communication, briefing and presentation skills;
    Strong communication skills at all levels with internal & external stakeholders
    Strong analytic skills & logical/creative thinking;
    Project management experience;
    Fluency in written and spoken English;
    Resilient, flexible and confident to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

    Responsabilitati

    PURPOSE STATEMENT:

    Define and review communication and development strategy for all channels from direct responsibility (Online Market Place, Consumer Hypercare model, Own retail), in order to achieve business goals;
    Actively influence annual marketing strategic & operational planning for the channels;
    Manage annual activation plans, supporting calendars and respective budgets for channels under responsibility;
    Identifying new players/ new business opportunities suitable for BAT business perspectives (especially when it comes on On-line marketplaces, but not only);
    Negotiate and establish commercial terms with on-line market place (third parties) in order to have a sustainable business proposition;
    Expand Consumer Hypercare model as a sustainable, consumer-centric, results-driven feature throughout all relevant channels (including Traditional and Digital Channels);
    Lead, coach and develop people in the team to accelerate performance and realize organizational and individual potential.


    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:


    Define revenue strategies, plans and business processes for dedicated online marketplaces, hyper spark and own retail channels;
    Drive the team in order to deliver client solutions and to identify business opportunities;
    Manages budgets and contracts;
    Propose, negotiate and implement sustainable commercial conditions for third parties;
    Drive effective execution of channel strategy, to make digital distribution apps and online 3rd party retailers an important new activation and sales channel, with significant and increasing contribution to our business, particularly around our products and categories;
    Develop and analyze the key markets in responsibility, consumer needs, marketing segmentation and key competitive activity (creative, product, pricing, packaging, consumer programs) in order to develop the channels strategy, communications and innovation opportunities that will fully exploit business potential;
    Generating consumer activation and engagement content for marketplaces, hyper spark and own retail channels; engage and deploy to third party partners and internal team;
    Create and design flagship consumer experiences and best in class multi-category approach for our brands and products via owned retail concepts, supported by digital & by innovative shopper and user experience;
    Lead and manage the channels in order help build world-class digital distribution, new channels consumer activation and operational models;
    Measure & leverage effectiveness of channels & touchpoints. Determine key metrics & contribution of each channel to target results, to test and learn, to drive accountability;
    Works closely with business internal and external partners to establish right consumer activations and right ways to implement the plan;
    Responsible for direct reports engagement, development and performance.
