Applications Functional Support (40%): Providing user support for standard applications such as SAP, Oracle, Selesforce, Cegid and for client specific applications
IT Service Desk (40%) : Providing Premium experience in IT support for 250 000 users of Windows, Windows 10, Office and Office 365
BPO (20%): Externalization of business processes, back office activities within our specialization

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources or related field
• Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a teaching position
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Collaborate with management to identify company training needs
• Track and compile collected data in our internal database
• Responsible with the organization and logistics of training sessions
• Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
• Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions
• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum
• Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations
• Train and guide new employees
• Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology
