In Jucu, Cluj county, Bosch operates a production unit for electronic components for the automotive industry since 2013. The plant features also a Training Center in the Bosch campus opened in 2017, and equipped with modern training rooms and workshops equipped with state-of-the-art tools for the training of high-school students in the dual educational system, but also for the continuous development of Bosch associates.

In the Automotive Electronics Plant Bosch manufactures electronic control units for eBike powertrain and for driver assistance and safety electronics, which provide safety in traffic and increase driving convenience.
In order to increase competitiveness and make production more efficient, Bosch has implemented Industry 4.0 solutions at the Automotive Electronics Plant in Cluj, such as the MES Manufacturing Execution System.

• Conducerea echipei pentru prevenire a serviciului voluntar de stins incendii
• Raspunde de pregatirea serviciului de urgenta voluntar sau privat, dupa caz, precum si de participarea acestuia la concursurile profesionale
• Controleaza modul de tntretinere si functionare a masinilor, instalatiilor, utilajelor, aparatelor, dispozitivelor, stingatoarelor si a celorlalte mijloace de prevenire si stingere a incendiilor existente tn dotare, precum si cunoasterea modului de folosire a acestora de catre personalul desemnat
• Prevenirea incendiilor
• Salvarea persoanelor, animalelor, cladirilor si bunurilor tn caz de incendiu
• Participa la toate activitatile de instruire de specialitate, consfatuiri si schimburi de experienta organizate de conducerea fabricii
• Participa efectiv la actiunile de stingere a incendiilor, de salvare a persoanelor si a bunurilor materiale, la tnlaturarea urmarilor situatiilor de urgenta, tndeplinind functia pe care o are stabilita prin hotararea de constituire a serviciului
• Executa alaturi de membrii echipei de interventie activitatile de tntretinere a utilajelor din dotare, a accesoriilor PSI pe care le deserveste si a echipamentelor de protectie
• Controleaza si ia masuri pentru mentinerea tn stare de functionare, tn permanenta si in orice anotimp a utilajelor, accesoriilor, echipamentului de protectie si a sistemului de alarmare
• Colaboreaza cu formatiile de pompieri de pe raza localitatii si din localitatile limitrofe
• Participa la cursurile de pregatire profesionala lunara conform LEGII 307/2006; LEGII 481/2004
• Urmareste si pune tn aplicare legislatia nou aparuta privind activitatea formatiei de pompieri civili
• Respecta prevederile Legii 319/2006.
