What You’ll Do
- Coordination of multiple ITIL processes across a bundle of applications within the automotive support industry mainly on the German market;
- Quality audits conducted on operational team activities, ensuring audit readiness;
- Centralization of documentation within the bundle of applications supported by operational team;
- Define project governance, aligning project resources, establishing project deliverable’s;
- Identify delivery risks and manage mitigation strategies;
- Manage project scope and set/manage expectations;
- Manage and report on key performance indicators/metrics;
- Understand IT good practice;
- Conduct governance and status reporting both internally and to the client;
- Understand organizational change and politics;
- Keep and share process improvement knowledge.
- Working experience with business processes;
- Good knowledge of ITIL;
- Advanced English and German language knowledge;
- Client-facing and client-oriented communication for efficient allocation of resources involved in changes;
- Good analytical skills.
