    What You’ll Do

    Act proactively and autonomously, anticipating needs and following through, within a wide range of responsibilities.

    • Work directly with people who are critical to the company’s success, including other company executives and the board of directors, who will all come to know the EA can be trusted to follow through
    • Facilitate interaction, act as point of contact or stand-in between CEO and clients and/or colleagues
    • Reply to and handle some CEO communication on behalf of CEO (email, phone, etc)
    • Manage setup for meetings
    • Prepare (working with relevant parties) and send out agendas to meeting participants
    • Make sure participants are prepared with the right information, documents
    • Any necessary equipment
    • Participate in client and staff meetings, take notes, follow up after the meeting on behalf of CEO
    • Take on small specific projects on behalf of the CEO and follow through to closure, working with people in the company or outside.
    • Conduct various research tasks, analyze findings, prepare reports
    • Operational support for CEO
    • Manage calendar and meetings
    • Manage and update agenda
    • Follow up on meetings, engagements
    • Manage travel arrangements for CEO (and other people upon CEO’s request)
    • Travel, hotel, car rentals, etc
    • Complete expense reports

    • Very good computer operating skills
    • Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential
    • Excellent English level
    Background
    • Previous experience as AA / EA to CEO (Managing Director, Managing Partner),
    • Preferably some background or experience in tech or consulting
