Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager role at QUALITANCE is both challenging and thrilling. In this role, you are the connector of the client’s dreams and the power of emerging technology.

What You’ll Do

• Manage client relationship – expectations,
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Coordinate the entire life cycle of the projects, by means of (human and material) resources management, time management and activity coordination, using Agile methodologies
• Plan and schedule timelines and milestones of the projects
• Identify projects needs and assign responsibilities to team members accordingly
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and elaborate contingency plans
• Send reports on tasks/project status
• Ensure project documents are complete, up-to-date, and stored properly
• Expertly lead,motivate and facilitate trainings for multi-disciplinary project teams
   

• Previous min 5 years of direct work experience in a Project Manager role, including all aspects of software process development and execution
• Previous experience in development roles (min 3 years)
• Experience in using tools such as Jira, Confluence
• Experience in managing 20+ people projects with multiple stakeholders involved
• Strong Agile working experience
• English Advanced
• Experience in working with international clients e.g. US, Europe or Australia
• Experience guiding hiring, training and developing employees within an Agile team.
• Experience on Fixed Price projects and Time & Materials product development projects
• Familiar with key software development paradigms and new technologies
• Expert understanding of SDLC
• Flexible and willing to learn and research new things
• Able to work independently and without constant guidance
• Ability to manage client expectations and manage scope throughout the lifecycle of the project; constantly and consistently communicate with the client and schedule, hold and lead client meetings as necessary
