    Manage interview scheduling and interview logistics – support and handle interview room bookings for all international locations;
    Actively participate during Daily stand-up meetings and provide a clear overview of each interview scheduled and candidate status;
    Liaise with Hiring Managers to obtain interview availability and their location for room booking and interviews;
    ATS Management;
    Support Online testing for applicants via different platforms and any other testing platforms that are used during the recruitment process;
    Liaise with HROPS after candidates have been put in written offer by Recruitment Partner to ensure that the employment contract has been received and pre-employment verifications for candidates are completed in a timely manner;
    Administer surveys;
    Act as an internally and externally facing representative of London Stock Exchange Group and our recruitment team, being an ambassador for the brand both internally and externally.
