As a Material Controller in our department you will be part of an International Team. You will have to:
<li> Collect, check, control and clarify main impacts on PPV, PPV other and PPV FX with the main locations in order to get data for further analysis;
<li> Identify special impacts (i.e. cash payments from suppliers, accrual creation);
<li> Analyze monthly ZMPV report and data quality improvement;
<li> Create monthly purchasing reports: Vendor Details, Consignment Share, Key Performance Indicator Reports on Segment Level, TOP10 PPV Report;
<li> Support in PPV FC definition on Segment level;
<li> Clarification of wrong master data with Purchasing and Location;
<li> Creation of PPV FX model on segment level;
<li> Budget planning: Modias Maintenance, checking on bill of material's correctness and completeness, Checking of material price correctness;
<li> Creation of different budget reports and preparation of management presentation for final target alignment;
<li> Alignment of total purchasing volume with world-wide PSS location; A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
<li> University or Master Degree in Finance / Economics / Economical Engineering;
<li> English Advanced skills for writing, reading and speaking;
<li> Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;
<li> Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and financial principles;
<li> Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations on business issues.;
<li> Ability to work in a team environment;
<li> Production or Engineering background is a plus.
