    Responsibilities

    • Keeps the front office relation with all visitors in a friendly and professional manner: greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately;
    • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival;
    • Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges;
    • Organizes & maintains office files, reports and various information packages;
    • Schedules appointments and meetings and closely maintains calendar;
    • Prepares the meetings and training rooms according to the calendar;
    • Answers phones in a professional manner, and routs calls as necessary;
    • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
    • Protects sensitive and confidential information received and generated;
    • Supports the implementation of internal and external events;

    Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor Degree;
    • English language knowledge – written and spoken;
    • Has proficiency in various software programs including MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word;
    • Handles multiple tasks simultaneously and autonomously;
    • Detail oriented profile;
    • Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills required;
    • Strong problem solving skills that allow you to proactively anticipate requirements and potential problems.
