    Cerinte

    • Initiate, develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and business partners
    • Proactively solicit and respond to feedback and input from clients
    • Respond in a timely manner to the requests and needs of clients
    • Generate leads and constantly work to convert leads into customers
    • Create commercial proposals for current customers or prospects
    • Participate and sustain presentations at industry-focused events, generating collaboration/partnerships and sales opportunities
    • Manage your own client database;
    • Meet targets and a revenues budget
    • Monitor and understand the Real Estate market
    • Manage and develop strategic partnerships and alliances across industry

    Responsabilitati

    • University Degree in communications or business discipline
    • Minimum 3 years of proven direct experience in sales or commercial activities
    • Foreign languages knowledge: advanced English – mandatory; French or German –
    appreciated as “plus”
    • MS Office package
    • Abilities to build and follow a CRM system
    • Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Strong planning skills
    • Tenacious and committed
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with equally good listening and
    qualification skills
    • Speech adaptability when discussing with prospects/customers
    • Capabilities of a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team
