    For our client, a financial services European company specializing in the purchase and processing of consumer loans and real estate finance, we are looking for a Customer Advisor Agent.

    Fluent German skills;
    Several years of experience in active customer service by telephone;
    Strong communication skills, friendliness, and service orientation;
    Positive charisma on the phone and negotiation skills;
    Good MS Office;
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where changes to procedures are common.

    Responsabilitati

    Advising and negotiating with our customers in a professional manner;
    Documenting your phone calls carefully and efficiently in the system;
    Informing customers about all available customer account information;
    Dealing with disagreements appropriately and in accordance with company‘s standards;
    Deciding on the terms of repayment within the framework granted;
    Checking and initiating measures in order to succeed;
    Pursuing the defined productivity goals;
    Meeting all legal and operational requirements, rules and processes
