Ability to organize and coordinate work efficiently and to set priorities
Provide day-to-day assistance to Retail department on operational issues
Assist in the preparation of regularly reports
Provide general administrative support for all retail correspondence
Keeps record and organize as necessary of different data files (contracts, different situations and reports etc.)
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars, schedule conference rooms and trainings Participate in Retail meetings and trainings as required
Act as the point of contact for all departments
Perform other duties as assigned.
