Your Mission:

Within the Société Générale Group, you will join the Business Solution Center (BSC), which is a shared services center and is part of the Société Générale Group's Resources and Innovation Department (RESG). As an editor and solution provider, the Business Solution Center includes also the big group projects and the transformation of the IT sector.

Your Role in a Nutshell:

You will manage the implementation of C4U (Collector tool of HR administrative data) in different entities of the Group and of certain functionalities in PSHR (workforce administration tool) in EMEA.

• Hold and participate to regular meetings with clients;
• Collect functional specifications;
• Follow the implementation of other specifications with DEV teams & testing;
• Coordinate the ongoing activities;
• Level 2 support for the managed tools.

• Fluent in English and French;
• 2-3 years Business Analysis experience in HR/IT activities;
• Very good analytics skills;
• Very good MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills;
• Detail oriented;
• Excellent communication skills.

• Responsible and committed in fulfilling the objectives;
• Agile methodology knowledge and experience (it’s a plus);
• Open-mind and motivated to learn new technologies.
