    How we picture you:

    You have experience in mass recruitment but also in closing specialists positions;
    You have great sourcing skills and strong knowledge of recruitment sources and tools;
    Responsible and ambitious – you will be in charge with full cycle recruitment;
    Strongly oriented towards learning and with a keen eye for detail;
    With a lot of energy and great communication skills;
    Seriously organized, proactive and resourceful;

    Responsabilitati

    What will you be doing:

    Searching and contacting candidates from various recruitment sources to propose them the open positions according to their profile;
    Scheduling interviews and informing the interested parts (the candidates, the managers) regarding the interview details;
    Conducting face to face or phone interviews;
    Partnering with the hiring managers across the recruitment processes;
    Using different recruitment instruments and tools to identify suitable candidates for the open positions;
    Using Social Media to promote and manage the recruitment ads across relevant groups, websites, pages or professional sites;
    Identifying new or alternative recruitment channels and strategies to attract candidates;
    Maintaining permanent contact with the candidates throughout the recruitment process;
    Maintaining the databases and recruitment reports up to date;
    Giving feedback to the candidates;
    Organizing the training sessions and ensuring that both the candidates and the trainers have all the needed information;
