Your Skills and Knowledge:

o Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Statistics/Marketing/Finance and 3 - 6 years of experience, preferably in business analysis, reporting and project management
o Prior experience with Qlik Sense or other similar data visualization tools such as Tableau, Birst or Power BI.
o Must be proficient in understanding financial and sales reports and be able to independently analyze and reconcile data sets.
o Excellent analytical and investigative abilities are required.
o Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks and initiatives
o Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
o Demonstrated strengths in accuracy and attention to detail.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel and Access skills
o Prior experience with Salesforce.com helpful.
o Fluent English is mandatory.

Your Day-To-Day:

o Support all levels of the Sales organization by creating globally scalable reports and dashboards that provide meaningful and actionable business insights.
o Use data visualization tools and techniques to transform raw data into meaningful and useful information; reveal operational and performance insights and enable effective strategic and tactical decision making.
o Increase the effectiveness, accuracy, and speed of all reporting/analytics requirements by automating reporting requirements.
o Compile information from various sources into comprehensive documents and manipulate large amounts of data from varied sources; combine and conceptualize information to recommend solutions.
o Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across departments regarding data provisioning, platform testing, data availability and the ultimately delivery of information in forms accessible to all levels of management.
o Produce regular, periodic, and ad hoc business analytics and other reports for Sales management.
o Analyze reports and performance data to provide trend analysis and predictive analytics while explaining and handling variances and anomalies within the data.
o Work to continually improve the quality and quantity of management information material.
o Develop and present insights and recommendations to Sales management.
o Become well versed and knowledgeable with all sales related tools.

o Sales Operations seeks an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to work as part of an international team, providing operational and financial reporting support the Sales organization.

Your Impact:

o You will perform data analysis as well as create and automate globally scalable reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights into PTC’s business. This person will be responsible for requirements gathering, data collection, data management and modelling, reporting, and business analytics.
