Education:
o University degree in Electronics Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Physics or comparable;

Minimum experience in the field:
o Previous experience with ordering, assembly, testing and delivery process of an electronic sample;
o Leadership experience with small teams;

Know-how:

• Minimum 5 years leadership experience, Automotive sector preferred;
• Good understanding of electronics;
• Proven experience in applying problem solving methods like 5Why;

• Good communication and networking skills;
• You like to share your knowledge with your colleagues;

What you do:

In this position, you will be responsible for a team of approx. 20 associates, dealing with the analysis of parts returned during the warranty period of our products. Your tasks are to make sure the results of those analyses are provided as quickly as possible and to get involved in the further steps to implement actions in order to avoid problems identified in future.

• Responsible for group development;
• Coordinate with other internal functions and organizations to meet customer requirements and company objectives;
• Define strategies and plans for the group, based on department strategy;
• Lead technically and administrative the group;
• Ensure capacity/capability management as well as performance management for your team;
• Responsible for the allocated budget, the group performance and the implementation of improvements to realize the group`s further development;
• Evaluate performance and potential for the group members;
• Offer active mentoring/coaching for all team members;
• Recruit and onboard new team members;
