    To be successful in this role, you'll need:

    - To enjoy your morning coffe with great colleagues
    - To have very good communication skills
    - To have a proactive atitude, very good organizational skills,
    - To be flexible and team player
    - 3 –5 years of experience in a similar role
    - Experience in managing integrated campaigns
    - Project management and analysis competencies
    - Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, tasks
    - Experience in working with budgets
    - Proficiency in English

    Responsabilitati

    Join us as and you will:

    - Coordinate, plan and organize 360 communication campaigns
    - Follow-up and implement the communication plan according to the strategy
    - Prepare briefs for marketing campaigns
    - Monitor the campaigns costs
    - Coordinate the activity of the creative agencies
    - Adapt global toolboxes for the local market
    - Identify the appropriate KPIs for measuring success
    - Evaluate the campaigns results based on specific KPIs
    - Align the campaign strategy with the interested internal parties (digital team, offer management)
    - Conduct market research for the campaigns of our competitors
    - Prepare analytical reports and marketing activity reports
