    Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting for its client, a leader with a strong brand of coffee, for a sharp and passionate Office Assistant/Front desk support who will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring that all employees are receiving adequate support to work efficiently.

    Skills & Knowledge:

    • 2-years experience as assistant manager or front desk assistant;
    • Experience working in an international environment;
    • Diplomatic attitude;
    • Accurate;
    • Excellent communication skills in both Romanian & English (spoken & written)
    Responsibilities:
    • Organize meetings and ensure preparation;
    • Support with travel booking and preparation of expense reports;
    • Produce and distribute documents, reports and presentations;
    • Ensure front desks support (take phone calls, welcome visitors, screen mail);
    • Prepares POs following to support different functions in the organization;
    • Liaise with clients and staff.
