•Higher business education (university degree) preferably in logistics/commercial or related area
•Relevant working experience
•Previous work experience with an ERP system, preferable SAP
•Good Microsoft office, fiscal and knowledge of general Supply Chain and Silo Operations processes
•Accuracy /high level of attention to details
•Adaptability & ability to handle some stress
•Verbal and written local language; English it’s a plus.

Temporary contract 1 year

This involves understanding contract details, reports, supporting documents proving reality of the transaction. This role will need to collaborate closely with local Customer Service, LDC team, Planning team, Commercial Team, as well as Transport and Logistics team members

•Storage contract execution and manage the communication regarding inbound/outbound commodity flow in the allocated sites.
•Pro-actively identifies issues/logistics problems, communicate immediately to internal and external stake holders about location down time in order to minimize impact on commodity suppliers/customers.
•Acts as a main point of contact for storage service suppliers for all related queries, including problem solving.
•Participates in establishment of shipment and logistics plans/strategy together with Commercials and Planning team and work with Customer Services/Planning team/CTL to maintain an efficient and effective supply chain.
•Handle stock reconciliation and cut-offs, updates daily the inbound/outbound report of the allocated sites, basis for the load data capture upload in SAP and weekly/monthly stock reconciliation.
•Coordinate and be the final responsible for the stock reconciliation of inventories (grain & oil seeds) at least once a month in each allocated sites or whenever a silo/site is empty or reached the minimum level to be cut-off. This includes analysis and explanation of the differences.
•Check and record in a timely manner the cut-offs on the allocated sites (document compliance, SAP registration and approval).
•Leads the service accrual management (creation, matching accruals to related invoices, send for payment) for the allocated service providers. Weekly monitor of unpaid due/overdue invoices.
•Issue invoices for recharging services, commodity loss during transportation and other.
•Perform Supply Chain activities ensuring the traceability of stock transfer in SAP reflected according with the real movements, to be sure that each transfer is correct and completed booked in SAP.
•Creates reports related to service/storage contracts execution (turnover, split per location/commodity/provider).
