Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- University degree (Computer Science, Mathematics, Electronics)
- Minimum 4 years professional experience in Software engineering
- Skill or experience in one or more of the following areas are advantageous:
Automotive industry, Embedded Systems, C, AUTOSAR, Functional safety
(ISO26262) and ASPICE
- Analytical thinking, service orientation, ability to work under pressure,
assertive
- Business fluent in English in written and spoken;

- Software Design and Architecture
- Contact person to other development center and to end customer
- Defect analysis, debugging of ECUs in the area of active and passive
safety
- Maintenance of in-series ECUs, e.g. bug-fixing or application to new
vehicles
- Development of new features in accordance to ISO26262 and ASPICE
