Bosch Engineering Center Cluj was founded as an integral part of the Bosch worldwide engineering network in 2013. The Center is located partly in the heart of Cluj-Napoca and partly in Jucu. Our engineers give great importance to continuous innovation and they work on state-of-the-art technology projects. Automated Driving, Electric and Connected Mobility, Internet of Things, Industry 4.0. are just a few examples from the Bosch Engineering Center Cluj’s current portfolio. We work in close collaboration with other Bosch R&D Centers and with Bosch Plant Cluj. We specialize in software engineering, hardware and mechanical engineering, reliability engineering & quality validation, but also in mobility sales planning, thus, we offer our internal and external client a complex range of products and services.

Education:

• Bachelor degree;

Minimum experience in the field:

• Minimun 2 years of experience in sales or controlling;

Know-how:

• Business management know-how in marketing, sales or controlling;
• Knowledge of planning, controlling and logistic processes (particularly sales planning) and usage of IT tools (e.g. SAP BW);
• Knowledge in using methods and tools of operational price management
• Sales planning / sales controlling experience;
• Microsoft Office know-how, expert in Excel incl. Macros and VBA.

• Responsible for Target Business Plan, Current Forecast and Actual activities within own division
• Create necessary template in agreement with Current Forecast process expert + regional sales controlling colleagues
• Enable a clear follow-up with target business plan as starting point until Actual.
• Consolidate data and align with the regional sales controlling colleagues, business units and controlling during the different processes
• Analyze deviations, ensure data quality
• Key contact to Controlling on Price Change Rate topics
• Responsible for creating regular and adhoc reporting
• Process Delegate for Current Forecast activities:
• Representing the division in front of the Mobility (Central) department and in front of other Divisions
• Training the associates in own Division and also outside of own Division
• Setup, evaluation and specification of new business requirements
• Regular exchange with the Stakeholders within the same process (ex: Process Delegate rounds, key user meetings)
• Process optimization for the Current Forecast activities and tools
• Coordination of testing activities and roll outs
