TEST ENGINEER, Location: Bucharest

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

— University degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics;
— Experience in product development in similar organization preferred;
— Experience writing test programs and performing testing on Eagle ETS 364 or similar platform;
— Experience in physical design (layout);
— Proficiency with MS Office tools;
— Good communication and documentation skills;
— Good knowledge of English.

— Create/ document/ debug/ support test programs for Eagle ETS 364 and other similar test system platforms;
— Specify test board schematics and review the layout;
— Coordinate test board manufacture with outside supplier;
— Setup and conduct ATE tests;
— Analyse test results and create reports;
— Calculate test limits from data;
— Support/ consult with test engineers and technicians in Rel Labs and at assembly sites;
— Develop test strategies and coverage plans in conjunction with design engineers and applications engineers.
