    • Provides support to clients, providing information or assistance, according to the working procedures / instructions;
    • Identifies, analyzes and solves the situations reported by clients;
    • Records the essential points of the situation in the database;
    • Initiates calls to clients;
    • Edits databases according to the working procedures / instructions, using the appropriate software: processing of photos, emails, tickets, documents or any other activities specific to the services provided;
    • Saves all changes made to the database, according to the working procedures / instructions.
