The ideal candidate should:
- have an university degree preferably in pharmacy
- be certified by ANMDM as a Qualified Person
- have at least 3 years experience in a pharmaceutical company
- have experience in a warehouse - advantage
- be proficient in English
- be available to work and travel to and from Dragomiresti site
- be structured, responsible and organized

- Plan and organize secondary packaging activities
- Check availabilty and compliance of packaging material (box, leaflets, labels)
- Build and check Batch folder documentation
- Organize sampling planification and test during secondary packaging
- Perform any other specialized tasks necessary to ensure the performance of the secondary packaging activity
- Ensure that a quality management system has been implemented and maintained
- Focus on the management of authorized activities and on accuracy and quality records
- Ensure effective treatment of pertinent customer complaints
- Follow drug withdrawals initiated by the manufacturer or the competent authority
- Maintain and update the PQMS by doing a periodic legal review
- Ensure that the reception and storage of pharmaceutical products is carried out in accordance with the legislation in force
- Follow the correct implementation of the working procedures in the warehouse
- Follow that the transport of medicines to the beneficiaries is carried out in accordance with the rules of putting into practice the distribution
- Participate in periodic inventory of products in storage.
