    Requirements

     Master’s degree in business administration or another related discipline
     Relevant experience in an executive leadership position
     Extensive knowledge of business functions of every department in an organization
     Competence in strategic planning and business development
     Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously to ensure organizational focus on critical issues, to act decisively, and to set priorities among competing demands for resources
     Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
     Proficiency in English
     Excellent communication (writing, presentation, and listening) skills and an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as external constituencies
     Responsive and adaptable with a proven ability to think strategically, anticipate future consequences and trends, and incorporate them into the operational plan.

    Responsibilities

    The Operations Director will act as a liaison between all departments (Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, ATM, OTC Trading), managing the day-to-day operations, employees, and growth of the business. The person will provide a smooth communication and collaboration to ensure expectations are communicated and goals achieved.

     Create, plan and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
     Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success
     Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision
     Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes
     Oversee daily operations and the work of senior management
     Partner with other executive managers to accomplish short and long-term operational goals
     Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company
     Maintain and develop relationships with partners and clients
     Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines
     Mentor employees and management; provide leadership and motivation to people, to meet or surpass organisational and sales goals
