    1) At least 2 years of sales experience in a services oriented industry
    2) At least 2 years of experience in account management
    3) Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment
    4) Analytical thinking
    5) Excellent presentation and communication skills
    6) Microsoft Office Knowledge
    7) Fluent English is a must


    1) Searching and generating leads in Romania
    2) Making cold calls and growing our client database
    3) Developing a database of potential clients
    4) Improving our sales Portofolio
    5) Preparing commercial offers for clients
    6) Making presentations of the Luxoft Training services at various clients or events
    7) Handling incoming training requests from clients
    8) Developing and tailoring offers according to client requests
    9) Participating in various industry events
    10) Selling trainings according to the sales plan
    11) Help develop and implement sales strategy for Romania
    Account Management
    1) Expand our portfolio within existing Luxoft clients
    2) Grow the accounts and the business
    3) Issue invoices, working with the Invoicing department
    4) Contract management, working with the Legal department and Accountancy
    5) Planning training and trainer schedule
    6) Working with the trainers to develop the local training catalogue, according the client's needs
    7) Update information about activities in Salesforce and other internal systems
    8) Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
