Outstanding English and Romanian language writing and communication skills;
Basic knowledge in managing Linux systems (CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu);
Knowledge in managing Windows systems;
Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, NTP, HTTP, HTTPS;
Ability to code script and debug in Python or Bash is a plus;
Fast learner, keen for knowledge and curious;
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and night shifts + weekends.
Resolving technical issues encountered by clients;
Handling technical support in a timely manner using available resources within the company;
Logging the requests of the customers following the procedures;
Following instructions and documentation, in order to find answers for complex issues and fix a fault;
Helping with account support, orders or refunds where required;
Preparing and creating reference material for the team by drafting operation instructions for various situations.
