    About the Role :

    The Data Entry team is a hightly specialized team which mainly handles outbound calling customers who have disputed details about their interaction with the Sales Department.

    Other activites include interacting with customers' accounts for advanced research and decision making,placing orders for certain devices, research involving shipments and deliveries , monitoring inventory levels and alerting the involved parties when required.

    What you have to do:

    -Consult clients upon data entry services;
    -Implement the workflow process for clients within a tool;
    -Follow communication procedures, guidelines,and policies;
    -Ensure that each client receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment.
