    Some of your daily tasks will be:
    Take e-mails and calls with requests for support
    Offer services tailored to customer needs at the highest standard of performance
    Dealing with customers' requests about various inquiries, offering technical support
    by e-mail and ticketing system and by phone to native French customers.
