2+ years of PPC experience in-house for a brand or an agency
Advanced English skills (both verbal and written)
Good understanding of how search engines work
Good Knowledge of the Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads and other PPC platforms
Google Ads Fundamentals and Advanced Certified (advantage)
Comprehensive understanding of keyword research
Good analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Strong understanding of how PPC fits into the area of digital marketing
Excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent at working with deadlines
Organized, self-driven and proactive
Excellent problem solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
Seek continuously to improve their work and learn.
Create and manage PPC campaigns on the biggest platforms: Google Ads, Youtube Ads, Facebook Ads, Waze Ads, LinkedIn Ads and others;
Conduct extensive keyword research, analyze & test keyword performance;
Analyze and test different creative, different ad copy;
Continuously optimize in order to achieve client’s ROI targets
Key Analytics & Performance reporting to team members and to clients.
Providing clear reports and analysis on performance across multiple marketing channels and segmentation to better advise on-going strategy (. traffic source (organic, PPC, direct), device type, geographic location)
Reporting on key metrics, interpreting and analyzing trends and providing insights based on available web analytics data;
Using A/B testing to improve customer satisfaction and site performance;
Combining web analytics and customer data to develop key customer insights;
Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data and the customer journey;
Monitoring web-related data and drawing business conclusions from the data;
Spotting the potential to implement new methodologies and improve analytical procedures;
Identifying and monitoring emerging trends, threats, innovations and competition
